3 Pay with points available in-store or online at myer.com.au When shopping in-store ask a Myer team member to check the redeemable value of your points. When shopping online select pay with CommBank Awards and your available value of points will be displayed. For both in-store and online you can use Points plus Pay if you do not have enough points to complete the purchase. Some exclusions apply, including using points to pay Myer card accounts, purchase of Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards, lay-by, purchases at some food and service outlets; and Miele appliances. More information is available at myer.com.au Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Log on to the Awards site via NetBank for full terms and conditions. Redemption of Awards points using your credit card via Apple Pay is unavailable in-store or online at Myer.
4 Velocity Frequent Flyer: Awards points must be redeemed in increments of 2 in order to convert to whole Velocity Points. Velocity Points will appear on member's accounts within 5 business days. Please note that points can only be transferred to a Velocity Account in the same name as the primary cardholder of the CommBank Awards account. Once Awards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and conditions and cannot be reversed.
5 Please allow 10 working days to receive physical Gift Cards and allow 1 hour for delivery of digital Gift Cards.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and opted-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct to earn Qantas Points. There is an opt-in fee per year for each card you opt-in, see current fee in the terms and conditions here. Once CommBank Awards points have been transferred to Qantas Points, they will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and cannot be converted back to CommBank Awards points or redeemed under the CommBank Awards program.
If your card type is an Awards card, you will no longer be able to opt your card in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct. Existing Awards cardholders who have already opted-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct prior to 25 August 2023, can remain opted-in at $90 per card, per year.
